Ginecomasty is the pathological growth of the breast gland. It is noticed when a man develops abnormally big breasts or nipples. Ginecomasty may appear in one or both breasts. The treatment consists in removing fat and gland tissue from the breasts and in some cases, removing excess skin as well; the result is a flatter, firmer and more masculine-looking chest.
