Ear surgery (otoplasty) is a technique that allows to modify the altered pinna / auricles, so as to achieve a more natural and aesthetic aspect. Whereas it is possible to reduce the size of excessively big ears, those that are too detached from the head (“cup handle ears”) can be placed correctly.
