What payment options do  you accept ?

You can pay through Paypal, credit cards, bank transfer or Western Union. Likewise, you can also pay cash when you are in Buenos Aires.

 

What should I pay before traveling and what once in Buenos Aires ?

Upon reservation of your treatment, you will pay 30% of the fees agreed on your estimate and all the additional services, such as airline tickets or accomodation.

 

What if I need to put off my trip ?

If you needed to postpone your trip, no harm done: Excelsia can postpone your treatment up to one year, thus keeping the validity of the paid booking.

 

If you have traveled and could not undergo your treatment...

In case your doctor should determine that you are not elligible for the treatment after your arrival in Buenos Aires, your will be reimbursed 100% of the paid amount as reserve. Excelsia does not charge commissions or administrative expenses in these cases. This policy is not applicable in case you have hidden information on your health state or omitted to inform relevant data regarding your medical background. It is not applicable either in case you, due to any reason, have decided not to undergo the treatment
