In the improbable case that, after your arrival in Buenos Aires, the doctor determines that you are not elligible for the treatment, you will receive a 100% reimbursement of the treatment advance payment. Excelsia does not charge commissions or administrative expenses in these cases. This policy is not applicable in the case that you have hidden information on your health condition or some queried characteritics before your trip. Neither is it applicable in case you, for any reasons, have decided not to undergo the treatment.

 

What is the postoperative phase like ? How long should I stay Buenos Aires in order to undergo my treatment ?

Both the postoperative phase and your subsequent stay in Buenos Aires depend on the treatment. We will inform you about the usual recovery times, which in general do not exceed 7 days.
