Dr. Fabián Melamed

Dr. Fabián Melamed graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires in 1989, with the degree of Dental Surgeon. He completed his training through postgraduate courses in Periodontics, Fixed Prostheses and Implant Prostheses, at the Postgraduate School of the Argentine Society of Dental Medicine and the University of Columbia, New York. Dr. Melamed is currently working on the application of implants through the Straumann/IT system, for Clínica Miraflores in the city of Lima, Peru. He has participated in the organization and delivery of different courses on prosthetics and implants, both at the national and international levels, and he is a postgraduate teacher in the Argentine Association of Dental Medicine. Dr. Melamed is the author of more than 10 original papers presented in national and international events on the field, and is also a member of the Argentine Society of Dental Medicine and the International Team for Implantology. He has carried out over 2,000 implant rehabilitations, over 5,000 post and crown rehabilitations, over 600 dental whitenings and more than 300 total rehabilitations, among other professional procedures.
