Dr. Fernando Mayorga Argañaraz

Dr. Fernando Mayorga Argañaraz  graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires in 1987 with the degree of Medical Doctor. He completed his training as a resident of Ophthalmology in the Hospital Nacional de Clínicas and as a Specialty Instructor in the Hospital Italiano of Buenos Aires. He is a specialist in Ophthalmology, certified by the Argentine Medical Association, and is currently working as an intern doctor in the Service of Ophthalmology in the German Hospital. He has served as a teacher in several courses and symposiums in the Argentine Society of Ophtalmology, the Argentine Council of Ophthalmology and the Argentine Society of Cornea and Refractive Surgery. He is the author of over 50 original papers presented in national and international events for the specialty. Doctor Mayorga has an extensive experience in the field of ophthalmology, with over 10,000 procedures in cornea surgeries (phacoemulsification) and over 10,000 procedures in lasik (refractive surgery with laser excimer).
